THE STORY.


Continuing from THE IMMORTALS OF MELUHA, where Lord SHIVA was the savior of MELUHA. He rushes to saves his wife SATI as she was being stalked by a NAGA outside the RAM mandir Ayodha. But somehow the Naga escaped leaving behind a coin wit strange engravings. After consulting DAKSHA (SATI`s father) and DILIP (King of Ayodha) comes to know that belongs to CHANDRAKETU, the king of BARANG. To gather more information on NAGAS, SHIVA and SATI travel to KASHI where a BARANG community lives. In this journey, SHIVA and SATI were accompanied by Shiva's general Parvateshwar, associates Nandi and Veerbhadra, Ayurvati the doctor. Bhagirath and Anandamayi, the prince and princess of Ayodhya were also in the community. 

In KASHI PARVETESWAR was injured in a riot at the community of BARANG. The BARANG leader DIVODAS gives them a healing herb that works. SHIVA comes to know from AYOURVATI that this herb is only available only in PANCHAVATI. PANCHAVATI is the capital of NAGAS. DIVADAS told SHIVA that the herb from NAGAS due to an epidemic disease infecting BARANG.

Meanwhile, SATI gives birth to KARTIK. KARTIK was the son of SATI and SHIVA. SHIVA leave for BARANG, SATI stays back in KASHI to save the villagers from a lion attack. A group of NAGA soldiers leads by a man and woman helped them killing the lion. The NAGA woman disclose her identity as KALI who has two extra functioning hands and she was SATI s twin sister. and the man as Ganesh, the face of GANESH is like that of elephant and he is the son of SATI from her first marriage. Both KALI and GANESH was condemned by the king DAKHA abnormally formed body parts. Sati brings both KALI and GANESH to KASHI.

In BARANG, SHIVA meets the bandit PARASHURAM, who has the knowledge of NAGAS and the medicine and can give it to SHIVA. After defeating PARASHURAM SHIVA came to know that he is a BASUDEV (a group of scholars who was guiding them in his journey). BASUDEV was also surprised to see SHIVA as NEELKHANT, in deep and painful regrate he cut down his lefthand. He gives the recipe of the medicine to the people of BARANG and joins SHIVA.

At KASHI, SATI introduces KALI and GANESH to SHIVA. SHIVA recognizes GANESH as the NAGA who was staking SATI outside the RAM mandir in AYODHYA and also suspect as the killer of his friend BHRASPATI. Angry SHIVA left SATI and started living at BARANG locality alone. One while playing with KARTIK, GANESH saves themself from a lion attack after which SHIVA forgives him and SATI. She confronts her father DHASK who confessed to killing her first husband and condemning KALI and GANESH for their deformed body.

SHIVA travel to PANCHAVATI and KALI guided him to reach there. As KALI was the NAGA`S queen, she knows how to reach there through treacherous DHANDAK forest. On the way, they were attacked by a hidden ship containing DAIVAASTRA (weapons of mass destruction). After encountering the attack and reaching PANCHAVATI safely SHIVA and SATI suspect DHASH behind the attack. As KALI took SHIVA to a nearby school he found his friend BHRASPATI teaching in a class and perfectly alive.
